We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our supportive school team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced education professional to make a real difference to pupils'' learning, progress and wellbeing.

Working closely with teaching staff, you will deliver learning activities to individuals, small groups and classes, support pupil progress, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Deliver planned learning activities and interventions.
• Support pupils'' academic, social and emotional development.
• Monitor, assess and record pupil progress.
• Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
• Promote positive behaviour, independence and inclusion.
• Use ICT effectively to support learning.
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents and external professionals.
• Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times.

• Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting.
• Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills.
• English and Maths qualifications equivalent to Level 2 or above.
• Good understanding of child development and learning.
• Confident supporting students across a range of subjects, including Maths.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
