This role involves working closely with customers to understand technical challenges, propose effective solutions, and support projects from initial enquiry through to delivery.This position is well suited to someone who enjoys problem solving, building long-term relationships, and translating technical detail into clear customer value. Key ResponsibilitiesProactively engage with customers to identify requirements using a consultative approachRecommend tailored filtration solutions aligned with performance, compliance, and cost needsDeliver product demonstrations and clearly communicate technical benefitsRespond to technical enquiries and provide first-line troubleshooting supportCollaborate with internal sales and technical teams to ensure accurate proposals and smooth project executionBuild and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat businessManage priorities, follow-ups, and customer expectations to support successful outcomesRequired Experience and SkillsMinimum of 2 years'' experience in Sales Engineering or a technical sales roleProven ability to understand customer requirements and present technical solutions confidentlyStrong technical problem-solving and support skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesStrong organisational ..... full job details .....
