About the Role:

Are you passionate about supporting childrenandrsquo;s learning and development£ We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team and work across various primary schools in Hailsham. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking flexible work, allowing you to gain experience in different educational settings while making a real difference to the lives of young people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom activities.
• andzwj; Supporting students individually or in small groups.
• Helping to maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Managing behaviour and ensuring that all students are engaged and focused.
• Adapting quickly to new environments and building relationships with students and staff.

Requirements:

• ££ Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or working with children is desirable.
• A passion for working with children and supporting their educational development.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• £ Current DBS registered on the update service or willingness to apply for one.
