Part-Time Finance Manager Hospitality BusinessPart-time Approximately 12 days per month SW London Contract 6mth initially with potential to go Permanent Salary up to 70,000 - Pro Rata The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced, hands-on Finance Manager to join the Finance team on a part-time basis, working approximately 12 days per month.Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, this is a specialist role focused on some of the business''s more complex, high-value balance sheet areas across the Group''s UK, US and franchise entities.The role will suit someone who enjoys getting into the detail, investigating complex accounting issues and providing robust financial control across a growing, multi-entity business.Key ResponsibilitiesFandC Partner AccountsComplete balance sheet reconciliations for franchise and concession partner accounts.Maintain clear supporting documentation and provide summary positions to partners.Ensure balances are accurate, complete and appropriately supported.IP Contracts and Minimum GuaranteesCalculate IP costs and minimum guarantee liabilities and prepare associated journals.Prepare partner reporting and maintain the minimum guarantee tracker.Manage intercompany recharges relating to IP.Review complex and judgemental accounting areas and ensure postings are completed accurately and in a timely manner.Support monthly reporting requirements, including monthly reporting for key IP partners such as Netflix.Balance Sheet and Financial ..... full job details .....
