Job DescriptionAs Comms and Engagement Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:Lead the development and delivery of the Internal Communications strategyCreate and deliver clear, compelling, and engaging messages across all internal channelsDevelop effective leadership communication materials, including scripts, talking points, etc.Lead and coordinate change communication activity relating to processes, systems, etc.Plan and coordinate key departmental events, including Town Halls, Learning Sessions, etc.Engage with the Supplier Relationship Management team to deliver key supplier events and messages Qualifications/Skills neededExperience of delivering a communication and events plan from formation to executionExperience in end-to-end delivery of departmental eventsKnowledge of communications and engagement theories to develop a specific strategyDevelopment and maintenance of multiple communication channels to ensure alignmentHigh level of competency using Microsoft programmes such as PowerPoint, Word and Excel Able to create engaging videos for ..... full job details .....
