Salary: MPS (dependent on experience)

Our client, a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Chesterfield area, is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for either an experienced KS2 Teacher or an ambitious Early Career Teacher looking to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking school environment.

The successful candidate will undertake full teaching responsibilities and play a key role in supporting pupils'' academic and personal development. Responsibilities will include:

• Planning, preparing and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Assessing, monitoring and tracking pupil progress, ensuring all children are supported and challenged appropriately.
• Managing behaviour effectively and promoting high expectations for both learning and conduct.
• Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, colleagues and external agencies.
• Contributing to the wider life of the school, including meetings, training and extracurricular activities where appropriate.
• Maintaining accurate records and completing all duties expected of a classroom teacher.

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have recent experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Be committed to delivering high-quality teaching and achieving the best outcomes for all pupils.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be an enthusiastic, reflective and adaptable practitioner.
