Accounts Payable Team Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounts Payable Team Leader to join the finance department of a company based in Isleworth. The Accounts Payable Team Leader is responsible for driving their team to deliver documented and auditable processes, accurately input data relating to purchase and expense invoices, manage and reconcile supplier accounts, deal with queries and arrange payments to suppliers.Responsibilities:Initial point of contact for the Accounts Payable Clerks, supporting the team with people related mattersEffective resource planning to ensure services are delivered by the Accounts Payable ClerksDrive timely management of purchase invoice and payment queries, updating tickets, liaising with suppliers, and proactively seeking resolution through internal and external communication channels or running payment processesPerform monthly and ad-hoc supplier statement reconciliationsResolve recurring issues and process improvement opportunitiesMonitoring the delivery of agreed services against the daily/weekly planEffectively monitor invoices over and under 30 days oldWork closely with the rest of the Accounts Payable team to ensure issues are monitored and resolvedObserve and actively promote the company Health, Safety and Environment ethos and help building a fun and supportive environment in the Finance Shared Service Centre.Carry-out monthly 1:1 reviews and annual appraisals with the Accounts Payable ClerksDaily review KPI''s and assess areas of improvement, ..... full job details .....
