As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth execution of tasks such as team coordination, order picking, and managing inbound and outbound shipments. The role also includes overseeing warehouse organization, housekeeping, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.In-date FLT Counterbalance license (RTITB/ITSSAR) is essential for this role.Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a small team (6-8 staff members) to maximize warehouse productivity and efficiency. Oversee the induction, training, and cross-training of warehouse staff to ensure coverage in the event of absence. Maintain a focus on accuracy and concentration, minimizing errors and customer complaints. Manage inbound shipments, including parcels, LTL (Less than Truckload), and full truck/container deliveries. Effectively manage the goods-in procedure to ensure smooth processing. Supervise outbound shipments, ensuring timely dispatch and zero overdue orders.
