A1 Jobs have the pleasure of supporting a growing business in the Port Glasgow area in a quest to find an experienced CCTV Control Room Operator. Responsibilities Respond to triggers , ensuring the appropriate action is taken based on the information provided. Follow the correct escalation processes in response to incidents. Correctly record all events in the appropriate system for audit and reporting purposes. Ensure all incident reports are produced accurately and promptly where required. Support engineering staff to ensure all installations and decommissions are completed successfully, with all equipment correctly configured. Skills A valid SIA License Customer Care/ call handling Experience working in a busy, operationally and or customer service focused workplace Experience of working in the security industry or similar.
