You''ll assess coverage, manage reserves, and ensure timely resolution in line with internal protocols and market standards. Working closely with senior colleagues and claims leadership, you''ll contribute to reporting, trend analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with underwriting, finance, and actuarial teams. You''ll also engage with brokers and policyholders, attend market meetings, and support reinsurance processes where required.What you''ll need to succeed You''ll bring at least three years of experience in Financial Lines claims, ideally gained within a Lloyd''s syndicate, insurer, or broker environment. A working knowledge of ECF2 and familiarity with London Market practices is essential.
