Responsibilities include: Managing each customer s sales order from start to finish - from quotation and payment, through to ordering components and arranging delivery. Acting as the main point of contact for your assigned customers, fostering positive and long-lasting relationships. Handling incoming customer calls and providing clear, helpful responses to all enquiries. Creating accurate and timely quotes for prospective clients. Maintaining and updating our HubSpot CRM system to ensure records are always current. Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
