Warehouse Operative and FLT

Join a global leader company as a Warehouse Operative at our Northampton site. We are looking for organised and reliable individuals to support our warehouse operations within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Duties

• Picking and packing raw materials and finished products.
• Weighing ingredients accurately and following recipe kits.
• Managing goods in and goods out processes efficiently.
• Operating Reach and Counterbalance forklifts for daily material movement.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly working environment.

Key Requirements

• Valid Reach Truck Licence - essential.
• Counterbalance (CB) Licence - preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work well as part of a team in a busy warehouse setting.

Shift Details

• Rotating Shifts (Monday-Friday):
• 06:00-14:00
• 14:00-22:00
• Shift allowance applies for rotating shifts
• Breaks: 30-minute lunch and a team break.
• Hours: 40-hour working week.

  • Temp to Perm
    Full onsite induction and training provided on your first day.
  • All PPE provided (own safety boots may be worn).
  • Agency Workers Regulations (AWR) parity from day one.
