The home is on two floors (Daffodil and Rose) and has been purposely designed to provide a bright, positive and vibrant environment to meet the needs of younger people. There is spacious accommodation that hosts a range of assistive technology and facilities to enable independent living.About the Role

As Deputy Manager, you’ll work closely with the Home Manager to:Lead and motivate a passionate care teamUphold CIW and RISCA regulationsEnsure the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate carePromote a positive culture where both staff and residents thriveSupport in managing resources, compliance, and clinical excellenceWhat We’re Looking For

You must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid and active NMC pinProven leadership experience in a care settingExperience supporting adults with complex needsStrong knowledge of CIW and RISCA regulationsA values-driven approach to care and team developmentPassion for person-centred care and quality improvementWhat We Offer
