Essential duties and responsibilities Routine PPM visits and reactive repairs (when required) to electrical services assets (Internal, External and Emergency Lighting, Distribution Boards) and carrying out meter readings etc. Weekly sprinkler system bell testing. Daily / Weekly inspections of Plant Rooms, Switchrooms, Roof Areas and Car Parks. Plant room status and cleanliness checks.
