Maintenance Supervisor Duties: Supervise day-shift engineering team Carry out and oversee PPMs and reactive maintenance Maintaining mechanical and electrical plant Perform plant isolation and ensure safe systems of work Ensure repairs and remedial works meet compliance standards Manage subcontractors and specialist service visits Complete logbooks, RAMS, and site documentation Liaise with client representatives and attend site meetings Keep the Account Manager updated on site performance Raise and close jobs using PDA/CMMS systems Maintenance Supervisor Requirements: Fully qualified in electrical installations or electrical engineering (City and Guilds, EAL, NVQ, or equivalent, including current wiring regulations). Within a commutable distance to London Bridge. Must have either high end residential or hotel work experience Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor within maintenance, projects, or installation environments. IOSH or NEBOSH (desirable). Experience managing commercial projects. Strong knowledge of RAMS, permits, and method statements.
