This is a newly created role, established to bring the finance function in-house and provide greater control, visibility and insight as the business continues to expand. With one new operation already underway and plans for another next year, the Financial Controller will play a central role in building a finance function capable of supporting that growth. This is not a purely strategic or review-focused appointment. The successful person will need to be hands-on, with a strong grounding in management accounting and the willingness to take direct ownership of the numbers while developing the wider team and improving reporting processes. For the right person, there is a clear route to progress into a Financial Director position.
