Customer Service Administrator Required! Our client is a leading packaging manufacturer based in Southampton.On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers and internal operations, managing a range of administrative and customer service tasks. As the first point of contact for customer enquiries, you''ll play a key role in ensuring efficient order processing and clear, professional communication throughout.Package:Salary 25,000 - 26,000 (DOE)Annual company bonus28 days holiday, inclusive of bank holidaysWorking hours Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pmCustomer Service Administrator - Responsibilities:Handling inbound phone calls and emails with professionalism and efficiencyEntering data accurately and promptly into internal systemsPerforming general administrative duties including photocopying, filing, invoicing, and managing documentsOrganising and coordinating the dispatch of customer ordersCreating and distributing job sheets to relevant teamsProviding clear and timely updates to customers on order progressDelivering friendly, professional support and guidance to customersAssisting colleagues with general administrative support as requiredCustomer Service Administrator - Requirements:2 years'' experience in customer service/administrator role within a manufacturing environmentStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to prioritise ..... full job details .....
