Customer Service Advisor Rugby, Warwickshire 27,000 8-Month Fixed Term Contract Monday - Friday The Opportunity We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business in Rugby for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on an 8-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer service professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and acting as the key link between customers and internal departments. You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders, coordinating deliveries and ensuring customers receive an excellent level of service throughout the entire order process. Working closely with sales, logistics, warehouse, transport and supply chain teams, you will play an important role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting business operations.
