10Cappitech – Client Engagement ManagerHigh-Level Role Overview : The Client Engagement Manager will develop and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement through proactive outreach, acting as a liaison between Cappitech and end users.Responsibilities and Impact
Own, develop, and maintain client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement through proactive outreach.Provide post-sales and post-integration engagement for clients, acting as a liaison between Cappitech and end users, as well as decision makers.Implement a client engagement program to identify client needs, gather feedback, and record engagement activity.Identify opportunities to drive product and functionality adoption and look for growth opportunities.Stay informed on regulation, market, and industry trends.Play a leading role in go-to-market plans, coordinate with customers, and identify upsell opportunities.Basic Required Qualifications
Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in a financial services or technology environment.Strong understanding of regulatory reporting, market, and industry trends.Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver concise messages to clients.Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams such as Product, Support, and Integration.Additional Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce for tracking client engagements and identifying upsell opportunities.Familiarity with JIRA for managing client enhancement and development requests.Experience in mentoring and assisting new team members.Ability to manage client escalations and coordinate with support and other business areas for resolution.About SandP Global Market Intelligence
