Robert Half is delighted to be recruiting for an Interim Finance Manager on behalf of a small Gloucestershire-based charity.Interim Finance ManagerLocation: GloucesterDuration: 2-3 MonthsHours: 25-30 Hours per Week (3-4 Days)Rate: Up to c.£250 per DayStart Date: ImmediateThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join the organisation during a period of transition and provide essential support to the finance function.The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining continuity and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including supplier payments, invoicing and financial administration. Prepare management accounts and process journals. Carry out financial analysis and provide reporting support. Collate payroll information and liaise with the outsourced payroll provider. Support the year-end process, including audit preparation. Provide continuity and support during the transition period.Candidate Requirements:Previous experience in a Finance Manager or similar role. Comfortable operating in a hands-on environment with responsibility for the full finance function. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Experience within the charity or not-for-profit sector would be advantageous, although not essential.
