Prepare management accounts and process journals. Carry out financial analysis and provide reporting support. Collate payroll information and liaise with the outsourced payroll provider. Support the year-end process, including audit preparation. Provide continuity and support during the transition period.Candidate Requirements:Previous experience in a Finance Manager or similar role. Comfortable operating in a hands-on environment with responsibility for the full finance function. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively. Experience within the charity or not-for-profit sector would be advantageous, although not essential.
