Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 2/3 remote network helpdesk support for our client''s EAME-based facilities, including factories, offices, and warehouses.Support LAN/WLAN/WAN infrastructure through incident resolution, change implementation, and request fulfilment.Participate in small-scale LAN design projects and assist in delivering infrastructure upgrades and enhancements.Collaborate with a global team to ensure network standards and policies are upheld across all locations.Contribute to network documentation, design updates, and process improvements.Join a rotating on-call support schedule (1 week every 2 months), including out-of-hours support as needed.
