Key responsibilities of the post holder will include supporting the team in processing a range of payments to contracted Adult Social Care service providers in accordance with Council’s procedures and local departmental controls. The post holder will work in partnership with a range of staff within the Council including Adults Services Brokerage and corporate Payment teams and with external service providers.Qualifications and experience

Demonstrable relevant experience in working with finance systems.Relevant experience of working in a local authority or a large public, private or voluntary sector organisation.Demonstrable experience in finance and administration including financial reporting, record-keeping, reconciliations and figure work, keyboard work and Excel skills, including spreadsheets.Ealing Council is committed to safeguarding children and vulnerable adults and expects all staff to share this commitment. The post holder will be subject to an enhanced Disclosure and Bearing Service (DBS) check.
