The company is building out a new team, reporting to the COO and are looking for a Fund Controller to lead a small function.Your new roleLooking after a Real Estate fund in multiple jurisdictions, the role will be focused on audit liaison, process improvement, accounts review and fee calculationsDutiesResponsible for reporting on all fund entitiesStakeholder managementReview of local financial statementsQuarterly project and group accounts including cashflow reporting Oversee fund operations and Investment companyFCA compliance reportsWhat you''ll need to succeedYou will need to be a qualified finance professional with a background and understanding of fund accounting, ideally in the Real Estate space.
