Join a Leading Manufacturing Team as an Extrusion Team Leader Our client is searching for for a hands-on, people-focused Extrusion Team Leader to coordinate and lead a busy production team. This role is 4 days on 4 days off (weekends included) Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate a shift team within the extrusion department Monitor production performance, safety, and quality against KPIs Act as the main point of contact during shift operations Root cause analysis Upskilling team members by identifying training needs Maintain accurate and timely completion of all production documentation Ensure a safe working environment through regular risk assessments Support continuous improvement initiatives Our client is looking for:- Proven ability to lead and motivate production teams within a manufacturing environment Strong working knowledge of extrusion or similar production processes Experience in CI 3-5 years experience in a similar role Please send an up to date CV to apply. ..... full job details .....
