We''re looking for a hands-on IBM webMethods Integration Consultant to design and deliver secure, governed, observable integrations across hybrid environments (on-prem, cloud, SaaS). You''ll lead client workshops, shape solution designs, and accelerate delivery using AI-enabled practices. What You''ll Do: Lead discovery/design workshops and produce high-quality integration artefacts. Design andamp; build integrations using webMethods IS, API Gateway, UM, TN, and webMethods.io. Apply AI co-pilots/agents for service scaffolding, mapping, testing, and runbooks. Implement CI/CD, automated testing, and modern release strategies (blue/green, canary). Strengthen operations with performance tuning, resiliency patterns, and observability dashboards. Govern APIs (authN/Z, rate limiting, threat protection) and manage life cycle. What You Bring: 3-5+ years in integration, including 3+ with webMethods. Strong hybrid integration design across APIs, events, B2B/EDI, MFT. Confident customer-facing communication and workshop leadership. Solid grounding in security (OAuth2/OIDC, mTLS, cert life cycle). Automation mindset: Git, CI/CD, automated testing, release orchestration. Data formats andamp; mapping: JSON, XML/XSD, EDI, IDoc. Cloud/network fundamentals for hybrid connectivity.
