We are working with an exciting company in Leeds who are seeking to appoint a highly organised and detail-oriented Service & Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily scheduling operations and coordinate the efficient movement of goods within our warehouse. A role pivotal to the wider company, the successful candidate will ensure timely deliveries and smooth communication between warehouse staff, drivers, and external partners. A highly organised individual, the Service & Logistics Coordinator will manage the end-to-end repairs and parts process, having a proactive approach to engineer scheduling as well as having that wider warehouse coordination skill set.

Key duties will include;

  • Conduct initial fault-finding with customers via phone/video to ensure accurate diagnosis before engineer visits
  • Work closely with engineers to confirm required
  • Act as the central point of contact for all repair-related queries
  • Plan and optimise engineer routes and schedules to maximise efficiency
  • Ensure appropriate resource allocation
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Take ownership of spare parts management
  • Coordinate parts ordering
  • Ensure parts are correctly labelled, tracked, and organised within the warehouse
  • Coordinate day-to-day warehouse activity to ensure fair and efficient allocation of tasks (goods-in, checking, picking)
  • Ensure incoming goods are checked and processed correctly
  • Oversee picking accuracy
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries, including communication with couriers and suppliers
  • Proactively track and manage expected deliveries into the warehouse
  • Ensure all repairs are followed through to completion
  • Maintain accurate records across repairs, logistics, and stock
  • Track and report on KPIs such as turnaround time, first-time fix rate, and delivery performance
  • Manage spare part returns
  • Organise outbound shipments
  • Maintain awareness of all incoming and outgoing orders to support planning and coordination
  • Support implementation of improved systems

This is a fast-paced setting that requires the successful candidate to act in a reactive yet structured manner, working Monday-Friday in this fully office-based role, the successful candidate will be;

  • Minimum of 4 years scheduling /logistics focussed role
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organisational and coordination-based skills
  • Proficient in all MS Office packages
