As a Commercial Property Assistant, you will support property management, lease advisory and asset management activities across a diverse portfolio of retail, office and industrial properties. The Opportunity As a Commercial Property Assistant, you''ll play a key role in: • Supporting the day-to-day management of a varied commercial property portfolio. • Responding to tenant and client enquiries in a professional and timely manner. • Assisting with lease renewals, rent reviews and the preparation of recommendations and reports. • Supporting service charge budgeting, reconciliations and expenditure monitoring. • Carrying out site inspections and helping to ensure compliance with lease obligations and statutory requirements. • Coordinating maintenance activities and liaising with tenants, contractors and clients regarding property works.
