The Role: As the Registered Manager, you ll be responsible for the leadership, operational oversight, and regulatory compliance of a children s residential home. You will play a vital role in ensuring the home offers a safe, nurturing, and structured environment in line with the Children s Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards. You will: Lead, motivate, and manage a skilled care team. Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people. Oversee care planning, risk assessments and reviews. Liaise with Local Authorities, schools, and health professionals to ensure best outcomes. Ensure compliance with Ofsted, safeguarding, and health and safety standards. Maintain robust policies, procedures, and staff development plans. Drive continuous improvement across care, education, and operational areas. About You: To succeed in this role, you''ll need: QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
