About the Opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and fast-moving sales team where you''ll have a direct impact on customer success and business performance. In this role, you''ll be responsible for engaging both new and existing users, guiding them through onboarding, resolving issues that affect service continuity, and helping them get the most from the platform. It''s a varied, high-contact position ideal for someone who enjoys consultative sales and building strong customer relationships.This is typically a Monday to Friday role (9am - 5:30pm) with one evening shift from 11am - 7:30am once a week. One Saturday shift every 4 weeks. Key Responsibilities Drive growth across the full customer lifecycle - engage new prospects, retain existing users, recover inactive accounts, and encourage greater platform adoption. Initiate high-volume outbound contact using phone, email, WhatsApp, and video calls to convert prospects into active users. Re-engage with lapsed customers, identify blockers, and help them get back on track.
