With a fast-paced calendar of shows, special events, and restaurant offers, we are looking for a dynamic individual to enhance our ticket sales, restaurant bookings, and brand visibility.The role is focused on increasing ticket sales and restaurant bookings, supporting day to day ticketing and box office admin and helping deliver marketing activity across digital, social, email and local outreach. Day-to-Day of the RoleTicketing and BookingsSupport ticket sales for all events, including setup, allocations, promotional codes, and customer inquiries.Manage box office operations and handle event day ticketing requirements.Monitor sales performance, reporting on key trends and identifying opportunities.Assist with restaurant reservations and guest list management using platforms like Universe, Eventbrite, Eventim, OpenTable, Bandsintown, and Songkick.Promote restaurant offers, including lunchtime deals and seasonal menus.Ensure all customer communications are clear, accurate, and handled with care.Marketing and Audience GrowthAssist in implementing the marketing plan to meet commercial goals.Create and schedule content across social media, email, and the ..... full job details .....
