Job Description: SENDCo Administrator Salary: £14.63 - £16.35 per hourHours: 2 days per week, 9:00am - 3:30pmReports to: SENDCo Overview We are seeking a highly organised and proactive SENDCo Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo). This role is central to ensuring the smooth running of SEND processes across the school, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the effective delivery of provision for pupils with additional needs. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the SENDCo.Prepare, organise, and maintain paperwork relating to SEND pupils.Manage filing systems (digital and paper-based) to ensure records are accurate, confidential, and compliant with school policies.Support with the collection, transfer, and organisation of SEND data across school systems. Data and Systems Input, update, and retrieve information using CPOMS and other school data platforms.Assist in preparing documentation for reviews, meetings, and external agencies.Ensure timely transfer of information during admissions, transitions, and onward referrals. Meetings and Communication Take accurate minutes during SEND meetings, including EHCP reviews, multi-agency meetings, and internal planning sessions.Liaise professionally with staff, parents, and external professionals.Assist in coordinating SEND calendars, meeting schedules, and documentation circulation. ..... full job details .....
