The kitchen team is highly skilled, working collaboratively to deliver exceptional food using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. About the Role As Sous Chef, you''ll work closely alongside the Head Chef, supporting daily kitchen operations and stepping up to lead when needed. You''ll be involved in:Menu development and seasonal specialsCost control and supplier managementMaintaining kitchen compliance and high food standardsTraining and supporting junior team membersHelping to shape a positive kitchen cultureYou''ll have the chance to bring your ideas to life, with menus changing every 3-4 months and plenty of room for creativity and experimentation.
