We re hiring a Senior Architectural Technician to join a high-growth, client-side property investment and development business, headquartered in Birmingham. About the Role You ll work directly within the in-house development team, supporting a wide range of large-scale commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects. You ll take the technical lead on design development and be responsible for detailed drawing packages, compliance, and project delivery, from feasibility through to construction. We are specifically looking for someone with hands-on experience using LiDAR software in architectural applications, including 3D modelling, point cloud data interpretation, and integrating LiDAR scans into BIM workflows. This is a key requirement for the role.
