This is a full time, permanent position.Key duties will include but are not limited to:Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of electronics engineersTaking responsibility for hardware design strategy and executionDriving the delivery of electronic systems across the full product lifecycle.Ensuring designs are optimised for manufacturability, cost, and scalability.Coordinating activities across engineering disciplines to achieve project goals.Establishing best practices, tools, and processes for design and development.Overseeing technical reviews, validation, and verification activities.Managing requirements definition and ensuring traceability throughout development.Supporting compliance with regulatory, safety, and EMC standardsWorking closely with suppliers and manufacturing partners to maintain quality and continuity.Support senior stakeholders within the business.Contributing to long-term technology planning and innovation initiatives.The successful candidate will have:Degree-qualified in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar discipline.Comfortable operating in fast-paced, project-driven environmentsDemonstrated experience leading electronics or hardware design teams.Strong understanding of both analogue and digital circuit design.Track record of delivering complex products into production environments.Experience with embedded systems, including ..... full job details .....
