Nursery Practitioner – Full Time or Part Time

Salary: uo to 13.60 per hour (depending on qualifications and experience)

We''re recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery in Chelmsford for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join their friendly and supportive team.

• Full-time: 40 hours per week over 4 days, or 5 days (Monday to Friday)
• Part-time opportunities are also available

• Level 2 qualification in Early Years Childcare (or above) is essential
• A genuine passion for supporting children''s learning and development
• Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Observe, assess, and support children''s individual learning and development.
