Leadership experience in go-to-market or product marketing managementA track record in building product marketing strategy with clearly monitored and demonstrated impactExperience operating in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environmentExperience in driving teams of diverse individuals towards high performance, based on respect and careDemonstrated ability to interact with C-level and senior leadershipUser-centric and used to conducting user interviews to drive product recommendationsAbility to be both hands-on and in the weeds as well as think high-level and strategicallyClear and concise communication skills; experience in an international company (especially FR/UK/US) is a big plusWhat you’ll do

Setting a clear vision and strategic directionOverseeing the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for all products and feature releasesLeading product positioning, messaging, and value proposition development across target marketsEnsuring consistent and impactful product marketing execution across two platformsBuilding and maintaining comprehensive product knowledge bases and enablement programs for revenue teamsDemonstrating strong cross-functional alignment with Product, Revenue, and Leadership teams to drive organisational successOwning customer and user feedback loops to nurture the product roadmap and future developmentsContinuously monitoring the competitive landscape and emerging market trends to inform product development, marketing strategies, and overall business directionConducting market research and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and threatsTranslating market insights into strategic recommendations for product roadmap and business strategyBeing the voice of our customers and usersFostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the team and driving the development of high-performing team membersQualifications
