A basic understanding of marketing and business planning is a plus. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in CRM tools (eg Bitrix24, HubSpot, etc.) and sales automation platforms. Full on the job training provided prior to starting (there will be a 4 week training course). Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies and improve lead quality. Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to refine sales approaches. Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports. Ability to manage own pipeline and follow up on leads.
