What You''ll Be Doing Supporting blending and production operations Tanker loading, unloading and product transfers Material handling and stock rotation Maintaining housekeeping and safety standards Reporting equipment issues and production progress Supporting continuous improvement initiatives What We''re Looking For Chemistry degree preferred Positive, reliable and hands-on approach Strong attention to detail Practical or mechanical aptitude Good IT, literacy and numeracy skills Eagerness to learn and develop Ability to work effectively within a team Shift Pattern This role operates on a 3-week rolling rota: Week 1: 5:00am to 1:30pm Week 2: 1:00pm to 9:30pm Week 3: 9:00pm to 5:30am What''s on Offer?
