A leading Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their growing project team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile construction projects with one of the industry''s most respected contractors. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years'' experience as a Document Controller within the build, fit-out, or Mechanical and Electrical (MandE) sectors, supporting project teams in the management, control, and distribution of project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Manage all project documentation and correspondence through the company''s document management systems. Ensure documents are accurately controlled, filed, and distributed to internal teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Maintain drawing registers and track revisions. Upload, issue, and archive drawings, technical submissions, RFIs, and project records. Monitor documentation workflows to ensure contractual and project deadlines are met. Support project teams with document control processes and procedures. Produce regular reports on document status and outstanding actions. Ensure compliance with company quality management systems and project-specific requirements. Requirements Minimum 3 years'' experience as a Document Controller within the construction sector.
