At Connect2Hackney are looking for an organised and proactive Project Officer to provide vital operational, governance, and administrative support across our ongoing programme workstreams.In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to keep project documentation sharp, track progress against key milestones, and ensure smooth delivery across the council.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning and Operational SupportMaintain and support core project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, key milestones, and action items.Organise and help facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committees, taking and distributing clear, actionable minutes.Attend and help coordinate daily project stand-ups to ensure deliverables stay aligned with defined scopes and timelines.Tracking, Monitoring and ReportingTrack team progress against milestone deadlines and proactively follow up on outstanding task assignments across projects.Consolidate actions, draft regular status reports, update project boards, and prepare executive updates for leadership.Maintain and continuously update the RAIDD log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, Decisions), escalating critical blockers early.Stakeholder and Communication ManagementDraft clear stakeholder communications, project updates, and briefings.Facilitate seamless information sharing across cross-functional departments to maintain operational alignment.Financial and Governance AdministrationTrack project ..... full job details .....
