Head of Growth Marketing

Our client, a leading player in the Tech sector for the UK is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a material difference to the success of the business. You will bring strong industry knowledge and creative flare to shape and influence impactful solutions and strategy for the organisation. Your primary purpose is to develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies focused on increasing client acquisition, client base expansion, contribution to revenue, EBITDA and market share performance. You will lead a dynamic marketing team, collaborating cross-functionally and utilising external networks to gather insight and drive data-driven campaigns across various channels, increasing demand and demonstrating the ROI. Key Responsibilities: Growth Strategy Lead the development and implementation of cross functional growth marketing strategies, driving business growth and revenue, through cross functional collaboration with executive and senior leaders, ensure alignment to and the achievement of commercial objectives Oversee the creation of performance marketing campaigns driving net new client acquisition and client expansion, using ABM, SEO/SEM, paid advertising, content and social media marketing Lead the development of a Brand strategy for the business to craft a unique position for business that is compelling and distinctive within the sector.
