Sales Manager
who can lead client acquisition, close high-value deals, and grow revenue through strategic partnerships.Role Overview
As Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of driving new business opportunities and building long-term client relationships. You’ll work directly with our leadership team to shape sales strategy, manage the sales pipeline, and deliver on ambitious growth targets.Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive new client acquisitionIdentify, qualify, and close partnership opportunities with creators, influencers, and brandsManage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closingMaintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximize long-term valueBuild and track a sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reportingCollaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales messaging with brand positioningRepresent Interruptive at online and in-person industry events where relevantRequirements
Proven track record in sales, ideally within influencer marketing, creator economy, or digital product sectorsStrong closing skills and ability to handle complex negotiationsExcellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environmentOrganised and data-driven approach to sales pipeline managementComfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentNice to Have
