Graduate Planner - London Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 A well-established and growing planning consultancy is looking to appoint a Graduate Planner to join its London-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent planning graduate looking to build their career within a supportive consultancy, gain hands-on experience across a varied project portfolio, and work towards their professional development. The Role As a Graduate Planner, you will support experienced planners across a range of projects, gaining exposure to the full planning process. You will work alongside clients, local authorities and other consultants while developing your technical and professional planning skills. Key Responsibilities Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications. Supporting the preparation of planning statements, reports and other documentation. Undertaking planning policy and development research. Liaising with local planning authorities and other stakeholders. Supporting senior planners with a variety of planning projects. Monitoring planning applications and providing updates to clients. Assisting with site appraisals and planning assessments. Developing knowledge of the UK planning system and relevant legislation. Requirements A degree in Town Planning, Urban Planning or a related discipline. Ideally some relevant planning experience through a placement, internship or graduate role.
