Cover Supervisors (Liverpool) We are looking for confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to support secondary schools throughout Liverpool. This role offers a daily rate of £90.00-£95.00, which is negotiable based on your previous classroom or youth work experience. Duties: Lead a classroom of students and ensure they stay focused on the work set by the teacher.Manage student behaviour according to the school''s policy to maintain a positive environment.Hand out learning materials and equipment needed for the scheduled lesson.Collect completed work at the end of the class and provide feedback to the department.Support students with their questions to help them understand the lesson tasks. Skills Needed: Strong communication skills and a confident presence when speaking to groups.Ability to remain calm and professional while managing a classroom.High level of organisation and the ability to follow lesson plans accurately.A positive, patient approach when working with young people from various backgrounds.Must hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced DBS certificate.
