Sign Maker / FitterTredegar£28,000 - £30,000 per annumAt Smartsignz, you will be working on a wide range of signage projects - from small internal panels to large external installations - using our in-house production equipment and fitting signs on-site.Key Responsibilities:Manufacture and assemble all types of signage (flat-cut, tray, illuminated, 3D, vinyl, etc.).Operate wide format solvent and UV flatbed printers.Use CNC routers, laser cutters, laminators, and laser press.Apply vinyl graphics and vehicle wraps.Carry out installations on-site (signage, graphics, displays).Ensure all work is completed to a high standard with strong attention to detail.Maintain a tidy workspace and follow health and safety guidelines.Skills and Experience:Ideally a minimum of 3 years'' experience in the signage industry.Confident using flatbed, solvent and 3D printers, CNC routers, and cutting equipment.Skilled in vinyl application and fitting.Strong understanding of sign materials and fabrication methods.Full UK driving licence essential.IPAF, PASMA, or CSCS card advantageous (but not required).Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.Benefits:Competitive salary (£28k - £30k, depending on experience).Modern workshop with high-end machinery (flatbed, solvent, UV, CNC, laser, laminator, MEWP etc.).Varied, creative projects across multiple industries.Opportunity to grow with our well-established, forward-thinking company.Supportive team and a great working ..... full job details .....
