We now have an exciting opportunity for a Technology and Change Cost Finance Business Partner to join our Technology and Change team. The Role This pivotal role will provide best-in-class cost analysis, reporting and planning, with a focus on Technology and Change costs and benefits. You ll deliver timely, accurate and insightful information to key stakeholders and Directors, helping shape strategic decisions and drive EBITDA improvements. Acting as a trusted business partner, you ll work closely with the controllership team to ensure a robust and auditable month/year-end process, as well as support the wider business in identifying performance opportunities. Key Responsibilities Support budgeting, planning, and monthly forecasting for Technology and Change costs, including FTE, staff, non-staff and project costs. Produce high-quality month-end and forecast reporting with clear, concise commentary. Collaborate with key stakeholders and Directors across MSG Distribution.
