You will work across a wide range of channels and agencies to drive the global experience!Key Responsibilities: Define and execute paid media plans across channels such as paid, owned, digital, social etc to align the brand objectives with customer results Collaborate with 360 teams across media strategy, creative asset needs, and delivery. Lead agency briefings, follow-ups, and site visits. Identify and secure new paid media opportunities (platforms, integrations, partnerships). Own the full brand and performance budget alongside ROI/KPI reporting. Lead briefing, planning, and implementation across markets and agencies. Serve as in-house expert on algorithm optimization and platform best practices. Monitor performance, analyze results, and implement improvements across channels and markets.What you bring: Strong experience across in B2C/D2C business within a global setting Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing (paid, owned, earner, digital, social etc) Strong leadership skills, including managing direct reports and cross-functional teams.
