This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded and growing practice with a strong reputation across all areas of private family law.The successful candidate will join a busy and supportive team handling high-quality work across a varied family law caseload, with exposure to both financial and children matters.RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage a caseload of private family law matters including divorce and financial remedy cases- Advise on private children law matters and child arrangements- Assist with ToLATA disputes and cohabitation breakdowns- Deal with Family Law Act matters, including domestic abuse injunctions- Draft legal documents including statements, applications, and correspondence- Liaise directly with clients and third parties in a professional and sensitive manner- Work closely with senior solicitors on complex and high-value matters- Attend court where required and assist with hearingsABOUT YOU- Qualified Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE in Family Law- Experience across private family law matters is essential- Strong understanding of divorce, financial remedies, and private children work- Confident managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision- Excellent communication skills and client care approach- Organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment- Keen to develop within a specialist family law practiceIf this sounds like ..... full job details .....
