We are recruiting for a Head of Finance to join an established FMCG organisation based in Maidstone. This is a senior leadership position where you will take ownership of the finance function while working closely with the senior management team to drive performance, improve profitability and support the continued growth of the business. The Role As Head of Finance, you will lead the finance function and provide high-quality financial and commercial insight across the business. Key responsibilities will include: Taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of the finance function Leading, developing and mentoring the finance team Producing and presenting accurate monthly management accounts and board reporting Leading the annual budgeting and forecasting processes Providing commercial analysis and insight to the senior leadership team Monitoring and challenging business performance against budgets and forecasts Analysing margins, product profitability, pricing and costs Working closely with operational and commercial teams to improve profitability Managing cash flow, working capital and financial planning Developing KPIs and management information to improve visibility of business performance Identifying opportunities for ..... full job details .....
