The role They''re looking for a Senior Property Manager to take on a focused portfolio of key clients and technically complex sites, reporting into the Head of Property Management. You''ll play a hands-on role in the day to day, while also supporting the wider team with more complex or technical matters. What you''ll be doing Managing a portfolio of key clients and technically complex sites, including day-to-day enquiries from clients, owners and residents Carrying out site inspections and overseeing plant checks to make sure sites stay compliant Preparing service charge budgets and long-term maintenance plans Leading on more complex matters such as Section 20 consultations, building and fire safety, and legal disputes Preparing for and leading client meetings and AGMs Supporting and sharing knowledge with less experienced colleagues in the team Skills and experience Essential: MTPI qualification, achieved or working towards Experience managing complex sites, including higher-rise buildings Working knowledge of key leasehold legislation Full UK driving licence Desirable: Experience managing or training junior colleagues Experience preparing service charge budgets ..... full job details .....
